Pharmacies are in Chora. Outside town, in the beach villages and club areas, there is no real infrastructure. At peak season the island is extremely crowded and nothing should be left to the last moment.

When to come, and what changes

Mykonos runs at full intensity between May and October and quietens considerably in winter. Direct flights from Tel Aviv and much of Europe run in season, roughly May to October; the rest of the year the route goes through Athens. In season the island is crowded, prices are high, and traffic between Chora and the beaches is slow. Off-season Chora keeps functioning but most nightlife closes.

Mykonos is a destination people visit briefly and at speed — the opposite of what running a medical process on location requires. A prescription arranged in advance is not a convenience here; it is the practical condition.

Can I use it at the beach or in a club?

No. This matters especially in Mykonos: the prescription permits possession and use in a medical context, in private accommodation. It does not cover public space — beach, club, bar or street. Enforcement in those places exists.

I'm going from Mykonos to Santorini. Does the prescription still apply?

Yes. The prescription is valid throughout Greece, and moving between islands is not a border crossing. Carry the prescription and your passport on the ferry as well.
