Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information we collect about you, why, who it is passed to, and how long it is kept. It covers medical information, which is "sensitive information" under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name as it appears in your passport, passport number, date of birth, email and phone.
- Medical information: your questionnaire answers: condition, symptoms, prior treatments and medication. This is sensitive information.
- Travel details: destination and dates, used to coordinate timing.
- Technical information: the site sets no advertising cookies. Only with your consent, it uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits (no advertising signals); you can decline in the privacy banner, and without consent no Google script loads. Otherwise, what is stored stays in your own browser and never reaches us: your answer to the privacy banner, the display preferences you choose (theme and accessibility settings), and a draft of the questionnaire while you fill it in, so your answers are not lost if the page closes. The draft leaves out your passport number, your answers about your health and your consents. It is deleted when the questionnaire is sent; an unsent draft left unchanged for 7 days is deleted the next time you open the questionnaire. When you send the questionnaire, it also records how you reached the site (for example a search engine, a social network or a campaign link), so we know which channels help people find us.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to pass your request to a Greek-licensed physician so it can be assessed, and to manage communication with you until a decision is reached. We make no marketing use of it, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties beyond what is set out below.
Basis for providing it
Providing the information is voluntary and based on your consent. You are under no legal obligation to provide it, but without it we cannot coordinate the request, since a physician cannot assess an application without medical information. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Who it is passed to
Medical information is passed to the Greek-licensed physician assessing the request, and to our own staff to the extent needed for translation and coordination. This is a transfer outside Israel, to Greece, an EU member state subject to a data protection regime recognised as adequate.
In addition, so that the site can run at all, the information is stored and processed by infrastructure providers acting for us and on our instructions:

These providers act as data processors for us and may not use the information for their own purposes. Beyond what is set out here we pass it to no one else, except where required by court order or by law.
How long it is kept
Information is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet record-keeping and reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. The retention period is 3 months from the date the request is closed: issuance of the prescription, the physician's refusal, or cancellation of the request, whichever is later.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Protection Law you have the following rights in relation to information held about you:
- Access: to ask to see the information held about you.
- Correction: to ask that information which is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date be corrected.
- Deletion: to ask for the information to be deleted, subject to legal retention duties.
- Withdrawal of consent: to withdraw your consent to its use.

Security
Communication with the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to medical information is limited to those who need it to handle the request. No system is entirely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Minors
The service is for those aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information about minors. If such information is found to have been collected, it will be deleted.
