Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the GreekCloud website and any order placed through it. Using the site constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What this service is

GreekCloud is an administrative coordination service. We collect information from you through a short online questionnaire, translate and pass your request to a Greek-licensed physician, and handle the communication with that physician until a decision is reached. That is what you pay for.

What this service is not

• We are not physicians and provide no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
• We do not issue prescriptions. Any prescription is issued solely by a Greek-licensed physician.
• We are not a pharmacy, and we do not sell, supply, hold or ship cannabis products of any kind.
• We do not guarantee approval. The medical decision rests with the physician alone.
• We are not a government body and do not act on behalf of any authority, in Israel or Greece.

Who may use it

The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Use is conditional on the information you provide being accurate, complete and current. Incorrect or partial medical information may lead the physician to decline, and that is your responsibility. We may refuse or discontinue service where false information has been given.

Which law governs the prescription

The process is governed by Greek law alone and is unconnected to the Israeli Ministry of Health. An Israeli cannabis licence or prescription has no validity in Greece. Any prescription, and any product bought under it, is valid inside Greece only. Bringing cannabis into Israel, or taking it out of Greece by any route, is a criminal offence and forms no part of this service.

Payment

The service fee is a one-off payment for coordination, settled after you send the questionnaire and before the physician reviews the request. Prices shown on the site are the service fee only. The price of the product itself is not included — it is bought and paid for by you at the pharmacy in Greece, at the price set there, which is outside our control. The difference between the plans is speed of response and level of support; it does not affect the likelihood of approval.

Cancellation and refunds

If the physician does not approve, the service fee is refunded in full. Statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law also apply. Full detail is on the cancellations and refunds page.

Liability

Content on this site is general information and is not a substitute for medical or legal advice. We are not responsible for the physician's decision, for the availability or price of any product at any pharmacy, or for changes in Greek regulation. Our liability shall in no case exceed the service fee actually paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The binding version is the one published on this page at the time of your order. The last update date appears at the foot of this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the district stated below.
